1. Introduction and Applicability

joay9 (referred to hereinafter as "we", "our" or "the platform") operates an online gaming and cricket betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the joay9 website, mobile app and all related services.

Each person may hold only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses and winnings associated with those accounts may be voided.

Keep your account username and password completely confidential. You are personally responsible for any unauthorised activity on your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Updating Account Information

If your contact details or identity information change, you must update them on joay9 without delay. We are not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits on joay9 can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. You must use a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal funds will only be returned via the same method used for the original deposit.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on joay9 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Applicable wagering requirements must be met to claim this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means that to withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount 20 times. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in wagers.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for use on the joay9 platform only — they cannot be converted to cash.
• Each bonus has a set validity period, which will be stated in the terms of the bonus offer.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time unless otherwise specified.
• If evidence of fraudulent bonus claiming is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

5.4 VIP Program

The joay9 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.4% at Bronze tier, 0.8% at Silver and 1.2% at Gold. Through regular and active participation, members can gradually advance to higher tiers. VIP benefits may be changed at joay9's discretion.

6. Gameplay and Betting Policy

6.1 Fair Play

joay9 is committed to ensuring fair play. Our games are operated through accredited software providers. If you have a concern about the outcome of any game, please contact the support team.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or connection problem, joay9 reserves the right to make a decision regarding that bet. In such situations, the bet amount is generally refunded.
